Moving trucks: Golden Real Estate has its own moving trucks which we make available to our buyers and sellers, as well as to any buyer of our listings, even when that buyer employs an agent from another brokerage.   Unrepresented buyers of our listings also get free labor and gas! (Metro area moves only) We also lend our trucks without  charge to local non-profits and community organizations when they are not in use by a client. Altogether, our trucks have saved our clients and those organizations an estimated $200,000 in moving costs over the years!
